teacher training
The practices of PILATES and GYROTONIC®,
once the exclusive territory of dancers, are now widely recommended as effective
body-mind conditioning methods for a wide range of people with all degrees of
physical fitness. Medicine now employs these programs for rehabilitation and
injury prevention, as it recognizes that they provide neuromuscular re-education
for those with injuries, disease, and mobility concerns.
INFINITE DYNAMICS offers GYROTONIC®
and GYROKINESIS®
teacher training, as well as comprehensive certification in PILATES.
We encourage you to take these courses, in their entirety or in part, as intensive
seminars to improve and deepen your practice.
Christine Wilson, RN, Master Trainer, is now offering special
courses upon request, schedule to be arranged.
Our spacious teaching facility in San Luis Obispo has ongoing job opportunities
for Pilates mat and Reformer Trainers as well as GYROTONIC®
and GYROKINESIS®
instructors.
